I have terrible circulation in my legs, so have the same problem when I sit/kneel on the floor. I can't keep my knees bent too long without the need to straighten them so they pop. Wouldn't be surprised if I have/will have arthritis in them.

my bokeh is just using bokeh stock on a screen layer (assuming the stock is black background), messing with opacity and erasing bits as necessary. i suspect a similar effect with an aurora stock would work, but likely on a lower opacity.

sometimes when i exercise i feel like it hurts my knees well before it hurts my muscles ..... like lunges / squats i'm like this hurts but not the way it's supposed to !!!! it hurts for me to kneel too :s

But yeah I'd say being old sucks but I've been in pain since high school so it's hard for me to imagine just... not being in pain haha.

My mom got her knee replaced almost 2 years ago and it still causes her problems sometimes. ._. It varies though like... some people recover super quick and others just kinda struggle.

oh i mean bokeh stock photos. you can find them on google or deviantart or any other place that sells stock photos. in theory i could make a bokeh brush, but like it's not quite the same color effects as having real bokeh since the edges tend to be a slightly different color and i never figured out how to replicate that without just painting it completely from scratch or using a stock photo.
