the two game ones are big. not so much overwatch now, but league is like...always big. there was talk about doing a star guardian group, but everyone's got different priorities and time/resources etc so it ended up falling through

idk abt total strangers but in the past i would meet like my friends friends and they were always v cool, i actually do keep in touch w some of them

yeahhhhhhhhh but also i don't really "befriend" anyone i meet at cons? like i talk to people in casual conversation and nerd out a bit, but it's not a very close relation. and also like...sometimes the small fandoms be real small LOL

small fandoms as in, not really popular anymore, so no meet ups specifically for them, even though the anime themselves are quite well loved (i think). a couple of isekai animes.
