I’ve been staying home a lot too and I cancelled my family’s thanksgiving day plans this week as did a lot of Americans. (I hope lol)

@eyry: My family that was coming wasn't going to cancel, but I'm glad that I put my foot down. My sister traveled to SF instead and I'm like, what are you doing?! The numbers are horrible right now! Turns out Los Angeles is starting another lockdown/shelter in place again. (I don't live there but I my sister lives in San Diego)

@eyry: welp, our count in the state i am in has gone up like 2-3.2k in a 24 hour period a couple of times these past weeks. xD i wish it was only 300....

@eyry: it's been serious but people from my state are drunken dumb conservative conspiracists so they aint tryna wear no masks. i will continue to wear mine tho. i already have gone through two covid scares; the first one wasn't serious at all...i was just anxious. they were in our house but nowhere near me. this one i am quarantined for now is more serious but i ain't tryna be like that anymore.

I get so worried about getting sick. here if you have any fever symptoms at all you'll get put into quarantine if you go to the hospital. I think that's what my coworker was telling me because our boss's son was sick last weekend or something but it was just like a normal cold thing.
I just went out to do my grocery shopping and noticed the Starbucks had put away all its tables and chairs. level 2 no sitting in cafes haha

A pizza place right next to where a live temp closed because one of the workers tested positive for corona. Yikes!
