Unfortunately, it seems the resort's name was foreboding... Everyone is actually snowed in!

What is the event currency and how do I earn it?
Throughout the event you can earn snowflakes, which are used to buy special, limited-time event items.
Snowflakes can be earned by posting in the forums and playing our Jigsaw game.
Forum Rates
Event Forum: 6-8 Snowflakes per post
General Forum: 3-5 Snowflakes per post
Event Arcade Forum: 1-2 Snowflakes per post
General Arcade Forum: 0-1 Snowflakes per post
Undercurrent: 0 Snowflakes per post
Posting in the event forum will earn you more event currency than posting in other forums.
Jigsaw Rates
Very Easy: 10 snowflakes
Easy: 20 snowflakes
Medium: 60 snowflakes
Hard: 160 snowflakes
Very Hard: 400 snowflakes
Extreme: 800 snowflakes
Impossible: 1600 snowflakes
The daily cap for earning event currency from Jigsaw is 1600 snowflakes.
How do I obtain event items?
Event items can be purchased from the Joyful Jamboree shop by using snowflakes.
What are the available activities?
A blizzard has swept the area around the Snowed Inn Resort and left us all stranded indoors! While we wait for the situation to be resolved, Voltra’s shopkeepers are hosting some fun activities to keep everyone entertained.

How long will the event run for?
The event officially launched on January 9th, and will run for two weeks, ending on January 23rd.
Once the event ends on January 23rd, goodie bags and bundles will be added to Joyful Jamboree, and you will have one more week to earn and spend your event currency.
(Goodie bags contain one event item of your choice. Bundles contain a copy of every event item in the set.)
On January 30th, event forums will be closed and locked, event currency will be disabled, and event items will be removed from the shop.
