@koneko: I honestly don't want a cat from kitten stage but want one
that is already 4-6 months old.
And i will let the cat choose me. not me choose it if that makes sense.
as i think cats choose their owners.

tho im gonna be so excited when the day we can adopt one of them sweeties.
i've only ever had a pet fish.

my dad tho has had a dog and a cat before.

Yeah. Hope the kids aren't too disappointed if the cat they pick isn't super cuddly. Though they are trying for the Persian because they are supposed to be more cuddly than other cats.

Total - Yeah, very far away from family. I have a niece now who is 8 months old, but have not met her.
Yeah there was a small river in downtown Greenville. Where I am now is right beside the Alleghany River, so it is much much larger.
Plus, a bit of a drive away and we can get to Lake Eerie. There's so many lakes and rivers nearby.
