Sheer craziness one might say, lol.
As I most certainly am.
I was going to heat up some left over noodles, but the kids ate them for lunch.
Yeah, I re-heated the left overs from last night: zucchini au gratin.
I liked it! The kids didn't like it so much.
The noodles were green veggie noodles though.
Yeah, I've been trying to get a few healthier meals in a week.
Salads are good.
I like stacking all kinds of stuff in mine.
I don't like cucumbers.
And only sometimes with the red onion in my salad. But more often than not, none in my salad.
Here is one example of a salad I get from Sheetz:
Lettuce, tomato, croutons, cheddar, parmesan, turkey, chili, red onion, nacho cheese, nacho chips, and very light sour cream.
I am a cheese addict myself.
Yikes! Those always seem to take forever to heal! -hugs-

I am waiting on my own dentist visit.
