"Maybe something jarred loose inside them, I'll have to take a look, or maybe the connectivity isn't as great as I want it to be." he mumbled.

"I'll be back down there in a few minutes." She added before the call was ended. Sure enough, it didn't take long for her to reafch where he was downstairs.

"At least I know that it isn't just me." She commented after stepping into the room.

"It's probably a wire or something needs to be fiddled with though, if I were to hazard a guess."

"Now, I don't mean to say that you're changing everything drastically." he said.

"It's just that the quality-of-life changes you're adding will make things SO much smoother." he explained.

"And I like the concept of being to 'test' an upgrade before selecting it." he continued.

"That's what I mean when I say it'll change a lot." he said.

"You're just making things a LOT more user-friendly."

"I've seen some of the comments... or rather, heard them, that people leave for me online." She continued.

"A common one is that some of the navigation is clunky and needs to be streamlined. So that's a big part of why I'm doing this. The rest - like testing the upgrade first - are just nice little bonus changes that I though would be good."

"And the testing thing will be amazing." he said further. "Seriously, I like how it's not abuseable, but JUST enough to see if it might be right for the build or not." he went on.

"Yeah, this should improve a LOT." he assured her.

"And I have a new laptop model for you to try." he continued, bringing it back to the tech.

"Basically an improvement over the last one, and want to see if we got it right this time." he chuckled.

"Anything in specific to pay attention to?" She asked as she took the headset off and made sure that Leo had it back.

Once Leo accepted it, he handed her the laptop in question.

"The braille. Make sure it feels like it's there to stay." he told her.

"And check the text-to-speech program in it." he went on.

"Basically, let me know how the overall user experience is for you." he continued.

"I want to make sure it's as smooth and accommodating as possible for the one using it." he reasoned. "I don't want people to have to compromise or get used to something clunky." he went on.

"This is meant to be tailored to THEM, not the other way 'round."

"I'll play around with it, not sure how well or indepth a review I can give you right now." She told him honestly.

"That's usually something that is done over time." She added.

"However, the buttons do feel much better."

"That's why I'm leaving it with you for a few months." Leo responded.

"Right now it's about initial reactions." he told her.

"Which is to say, if you notice anything substantial in 20 or 30 minutes, then I'll take it back and tool it some more immediately." he continued. "If not, try it for a few months and then I'll come back for a more in depth report." he explained.

"After the laptop, I have one other thing. But for now, just try the laptop for 20 minutes or so." he re-iterated.

"So." he then said.

"When do you think you want these updates to go live?" he asked her.

"Oh?" Leo asked, his voice curious.

"Yeah... I was hoping for the end of the summer, but I don't think I'm going to be done in time."

"You own a company, you know more about contracts than I do." Lunet commented before using the laptop she was testing for Leo to access her email. Once the file was downloaded and opened, she passed it over.

"Here. Give it a read yourself. I'm sure you'll see what I mean." She commented as he accepted the tech.

"And they won't listen to me for what I'm worried about, they're just brushing it off saying that I don't know what I'm talking about."
