I get along with adults because growing up I was the only kiddie kid. The closest "kids" to my age were my two cousins, who were homies with each other and didn't want their little cousin following them around. (I was like 4-5 years younger than them.)
And I get along with kids for the same reason. I never had that connection as a kid, so after my sister was born (7 years younger) suddenly everyone I knew was 6-9 years younger than me.
It's a jumbled mess and I just don't have the brain capacity to learn all this slang. XD
Gotta have friends closer to your own age, too.
Currently the people I talk to the most are in their 20's and early 30's. (Like me, a simple moron of 28.) So it's a good balance.
Though tbh sometimes adults keep that high school drama bs strong and act 16 forever.

I live with my grandparents and it's a pain to see other people living their lives. lol
I've got friends who've gotten married, had kids, blah blah.
And I'm like... I almost choked to death in the shower this morning.
I don't know how people get their lives together or keep it together.
@Kory: sure you can do that. It was good, I did t realize how little snacks Disneyland had compared to Disney world. It was so odd to me that the common snacks where giant turkey legs or corn on the cob.
@Kory: I agree that is lackluster. I don't think I will ever need to go back to Disney Land. It was nice, but I say the nicer part was the ir's a small world ride, otherwise, it was meh.
In LA we didn't go many places, we were there during oscar time, so lots of places we wanted to see were blocked off. We did go to Little Tokyo in LA, and like go the Griffth observator.

@Kory: Well I've been to Disney a few times. Florida pretty easy for me to get to in a day max. Plus I have some family down there so it makes it easy to do a whole like two birds one stone trip. That's sounds pretty cool, I love going to comic book stores. We went to Santa Monica too, and I discovered there is a whole store for Miraculous Ladybug, which I thought was hilarious.

Goodness when they made the first movie for that, and I hear the director being all like we change how the names are said to be more like Asian culture, I was like you ruined this property didn't you? Why?
