Szechuan chicken is for dinner and I also made orange bread.
Oh, that looks like quite a tasty meal! Don't sautéed peppers have a great texture and sweetness? I'd love to know about your orange bread; I've never heard of it before.

I made orange bread for the Neighbors because they mowed my lawn after someone stole my tractor.
I usually make it atound christmas time. It's made with diced clementine peels. The original recipe says oranges but the clementine peels cook better.

@Vampiretaco: Oh, that looks good! And I was wondering how you would add the orange flavor. Zest is popular, but the peel would even be a nice texture. I've used orange/lemon zest in an olive oil cake before, and it was lovely, but it can be kind of tedious.
