I know Right? and if I could get away with buying veggie patty's, I'd probably do so. but wanda, Joe and sissy inlaw are all meat eaters. so Am I but I'm trying to be more healthy about it. <:3( )~~

Fish is a great protein alternative 'nods'. i know when i was in the hospital that's what I had for dinner for most of the time i was there. <:3( )~~
