I'm usually pretty good at remembering my obligations and allocating time to them accordingly. That, and I tend to keep an accurate planner.
For something like art or online trades, honestly, it's the lowest on my priority list when compared to anything else I deal with on a day-to-day outside of a forum or game.

I think the problem is I definitely don't prioritize trades as much as I should. So I can get distracted easily by anything else that goes on offline and poof, memory gone :,)
