I am right there with that 5 hour nap, I didn't fall asleep until nearly 4am and woke up at like 9:30am because kids don't care if you sleep
I don't know what time I actually fell asleep because I refused to look at the clock, but my brain wouldn't shut up. But I estimate it around 2am. And was awake around 7:30 because I had to get to job #1 by close to 9.
