For me, it's kind of confusing to see notifications from a few days ago along with new ones. It'd be great if I could clear them.
@Ignis: there is a button like that. When you click on the notifications button, above the notifications is part that says "Mark as read". When you click that, they get cleared.
@Tuijp: I think you misunderstood. I meant clear the entire list, not having the icon remove the notification. Clearing the entire list would be helpful instead of just leaving it on read.
