do you guys ever get pain in the base of your skull? like right where your head and your neck meet? i probably slept in a weird position or something but now it's giving me a headache. headaches caused by neck pain are the worst because i haven't figured out quite how to get rid of them.

i have chronic migraines and get headaches frequently so i feel like i've experienced all the weird possible pains lol
that sounds a bit dangerous have you ever had it checked on ?
@SpiceTwinklePop: woops late reply. i have had an MRI done because i get headaches and migraines pretty often. they didn't find anything abnormal there
I have experienced that and I also can't figure out how to treat it. It's one of the worst.

i was having constant headaches for a while, then i visited my chiropractor and they've pretty much gone away.
i still get headaches but its not constant.
it does sound like it could be a sleeping position problem for you though :<

i have to use pillows for stomach sleepers or i get awful neck pain and headaches
@Lithium: are those like ice pick headaches? super painful but they only last for a few seconds/minutes and then they're gone
@pixiebuns: i sleep in all sorts of ways but i'm pretty sure none of them are good positions lol. i usually have to lay on my side or i can't fall asleep. when i was a kid i used to move around a lot in my sleep but i think that's stopped

@toxxic: I used to have those headaches and went to the doctor for them. he told me that, when the muscles there cramp up, you get less blood to your head and that causes headaches.Messaging your neck makes them relax and, if they're relaxed enough, your headache will go away too.
@Lithium: i kind of wish i had those instead of migraines that last hours but i've also heard ice pick headaches are so much more painful
