Yeah, since the start of pixel dolls online, male dolls have normally been under worked or just not there.

There are some unisex doll makers at least, or female ones that can look male with the right clothes. Do you know them?

Yeah, I've always preferred making female dolls with doll makers cause there's usually not very many clothes for the guys in any I've found. :(
