I'm not a morning person but I've been trying to fix my sleep schedule since I start a new part time job this weekend and I'll need to be up at 6 am on weekends. I have a high caffeine tolerance because I'm trash and I drink mostly soda all day. I have to drink coffee or redbull in the mornings to even get moving.
Do you drink caffeine in the morning to get moving or do you naturally have the energy you need?
