Poutine is a very very very Canadian dish that includes fries, gravy, and cheese CURDS. I've seen American imitations with shredded ass cheese and gets me triggered as fuck. Appropriate culture properly god damn it.

Anyways, we graduated from that and started putting things ON TOP of it. So there's Fries, gravy, and curds.... and other stuff.

So the one I had was that plus buffalo chicken sauce, some fried chicken, green onions, etc. A taquito is a fried like... mini burrito thing? Usually has cheese and chicken in it and some other stuff.

Panago is a fancy Canadian pizza place and they have really good cheese sauce that you can get in a jar for like 3 dollars.

@Fai: Ooh wow, and nope not candian in my blood so far but I've wanted to travel to a few places up that way but haven't done so yet. maybe someday.

@Fai: I heard that the fires up in Canada were so bad a couple of weeks ago that the smoke from them where coming down into the usa in some states close to Canada and a lot of people where coughing in my town because of it. that aint good.

@Unicorn: Yeah we get fires every year (which are a natural phenomenon and nature needs it to rejuvinate blah blah blah) but like.... not like this bad? They seem to be getting worse and worse each year.

@Unicorn: Probably climate change, not really sure. The dryness and the hotness is what causes them. More rain ='s less fires.
