Not...particularly. The employees are okay, but upper management is just crap. They don't really care for the employees and years ago, my dad had to threaten them with quitting because of how they were treating him. I did get the job through family connections, since my brother-in-law is head of the company(before, it was his dad). However, I've kept it through my own efforts and hard work. My issue is when it comes to being paid. They have a limit of two weeks to pay me, and there's been delays before. Either my brother-in-law lost the invoice, despite me emailing it, or his sister, who's the one who has to sign the checks for the employees, is goofing off and not actually doing her job. Feelings towards my brother-in-law are mixed, honestly. I guess he's kind of a good guy, but the way he treats me sometimes pisses me off. I'm an adult, yet he treats me like a stupid kid. One time, I went to the office to demand my check(at the time, it was a 45 minute drive). When I got there, I didn't throw a tantrum or cause a ruckus. I just told the receptionist that I wanted an update on my check. While waiting for her to talk to accounting, he was leaving to head home and saw me. Gave me crap about not wasting gas driving there, and not to come if I'm not called. Just overall talking down to me. If he wasn't married to my sister, I would have gone off on him. I don't like making a fuss over anything, but since this is my only source of income, I'm going to be demanding my money when they take too long. I have responsibilities too. :/
