My day was pretty fantastic.
Got to spend it with family.
Got some ice cream.

And now that I’m back home I’m getting to semi-nap/relax on the couch with one of my cats.

@onsenmark: That's good! Almost done, right on time too! By the way, how was work?

@vengeance: Yes! Exactly! Lol. My little one is a Siamese and my older is a calico.

@ME: Yeah, I saw that. I would like to see more hair styles, none of them really called to me.

@Faust Sheep: Aww! That is too cute! I couldn't get away with having the door closed, I can't even do that for the bathroom.

@llyr: That sounds really nice. Very relaxing, fun, and delicious. I'm about to make some dinner to eat. I just finished putting together my TV stand.

@Bubble Tea: Oh he wishes I'd leave the doors open for him. I kind of need my privacy. I also have family mildly allergic to cats so certain rooms are off limits. I also don't like sleeping with my door open. I don't know why. I will leave my door open for him if he is already in my room. (or else he'll knock all the stuff off my dresser until I open the door.)

@Bubble Tea: What did you end up making for dinner?
I used to hate putting together furniture, it always seemed to be my luck that I got faulty parts or confusing instructions. But after the last few years and all of the pieces I’ve had to put together I have finally come to a point where it is actually really therapeutic.

I just got home from work and working out. I'm so tired.

@llyr: I ended up just reheating some food. It was still super yummy though!
I wouldn't say it was therapeutic. It took a couple of hours. But I'm super glad I have the tv stand built, now I don't have the tv on the floor.

@Bubble Tea: My cats are quiet for the most part. :o
I haven't heard my youngest cat make anything louder than a cute little mewl. And my eldest does have weird moments where he just howls when I'm not in his direct line of site. God forbid I go anywhere where he can't see me. But that's about it. They usually trash an area if they're locked in or out. They express their displeasure with destruction.

@Faust Sheep: That's good. My kitties do good about being quiet when it's sleepy time, but only because they lay next to me. They would express their displeasure with noise.
My older cat is normally really quiet. Lately the most noise she makes is upset meowing at the kitten. The kitten on the other hand is a chatterbox. I mean, she'll be walking and start making "chirping" mews. She reminds me a lot of myself in that way. Like, making a sound effect for all the actions.
Your kitties sound extra cute though. I hope they get along better than mine. I think my situation would be near perfect if the little kitten didn't attack my older cat as much. Lol

My cats had a few issues at first too. But my youngest learned that he couldn't jump on my eldest pretty quickly. They get along fine now. So I'm pretty sure your little kitten will figure it out soon. That older kitties just can't handle all that rough housing as much.
