@Saeyra: I've done that with Christmas a few years ago
@Another Movie Addict: same with Ozzy. Pretty dangerous to walk around when it's dark.
@vengeance: I always found the outside to be the easiest. The inside was harder, because those sims were never satisfied.

@Len: To get a GED, you have to take a reallllly long test. Similar to taking an SAT or anything like that. :'D
And I did I think, yeah. I got to precalc generally before I was expelled.

@Tuijp: What was for dinner?
@Juneberry: GED isn't that long and it's more like a high school standardized test than the SATs, >w> I may have had to take that test.

@Another Movie Addict: I just couldn't think of the right explanation and I had read it was a lot longer in recent years xD I could be wrong easily. Also I'm not ready and I'm 26 what.

@juneberry: Ah, that would make sense. :0
May I ask why you got expelled for? :0
It’s okay if you don’t want to tell me, I’m just curious. :0

@Len: Absenteeism. I get sick easily and have some chronic illness (fibromyalgia pain keeping me in bed, chronic migraines, etc). If you're out sick for more than 6 days in a quarter, you fail a quarter. They got tired of me failing them for that so they kicked me out.

@Another Movie Addict: There are like 3 different tests now you can take. I'm not sure if it's just NJ that's like that though. They're all expensive though ;-;

And omg I didn't notice we got to page 100 until now great job everyone!!

@Juneberry: Can't remember how much it was when I took it. All I remember was it being easier than my state's standardized test.

@Another Movie Addict: I hear it used to be easier just before they updated it when I was kicked out of school xD It was like 50 bucks minimum at the time- ten per subject, and you'd have to pay to take them again if you failed any. I'm form a poor family and would rather not spend my money on it. :'D

Someone mentioned marshmellows?

Voltie — She/It Posted 6 years ago ( 2018/04/1 20:29:39 )
@Another Movie Addict: I know it is, but at the same time... I can't really make use of it anyway if I'm home 99% of the time. Also I can't drive and can't assume my dad will be able to drive me on any given day because of his psoriatic arthritis and stuff... and it'd be a problem to pay for an uber probably. I do get free rides to the doctor thanks to state medicaid but... That is *only* for medical stuff. :'D

@Rococo: Marshmallows are my bff. Though your name makes me happy too... So now you are too. <- simple brain has lots of bffs.
