@FuuChan: Spanish rice just has all those level veggies and flavors in it. It's even better with a bit of chicken mixed in.

I normally add beans to it and tortilla chips and scoop it up and eat it that way. XD

You can still add beans but then chicken as well and then you can put it in a tortilla and it's a really tasty almost enchilada.
