@Unicorn: screens... comp, tv, phone, tablet, etc... all of them produce a light that doesn't help with gettin' to sleep.
Helps pass the time, definitely, but not gettin' to sleep.

At least that's what science says.

@Lady Luna: well it puts me to sleep my phone light is dimmed to darkness so i falls asleep i aint staying awake like how it did this morning and only slept for 5 hours or less I run on nothing and I am fine.

@Lady Luna: thank you, but my little unicorn is still awake. I can't just fall asleep, whenever I feel like i am ready to crash for the night. Due to being tired.

I have to do what she needs first. Which I changed her diaper, and got her milk filled up. Because she always wants a drink of milk before she falls asleep. So I have to wait until she falls asleep which probably wont be for awhile. But thanks
