Exacly. He doesn't deal with her directly so he isn't affected. He did speak out about the phone usages of people at work under worktime. But in the end he isn't doing anything about it. Like saying you can't do it and then leave it at that isn't going to work.

Well here it is worse. A bunch of people here at work including me are working there based on a give jobless people working experience. We do get paid however the company also get's paid for hiring those people. She is part of that project.
