No you can actually set the time to be your own so the posts aren't exactly accurate for everyone. Actually in the settings it suggests 12:47am, so I'm assuming it is UCT-4, but I want to make sure and it's also easier to have a time that's not in the settings xD

It's better to get a flu shot rather than getting flu more often . o . I don't like shots either but it only does last for a few moments, so it's more of like a brace yourself kind of thing
