Hey I'm back. My kids drew my attention. I had to make their bed with clean sheets and straighten their bookshelf so we're ready for picture day tomorrow.

I make smoothies for my kiddos all the time. I'm not a fan of yogurt though without sugar xD

You get tastes really bitter to me. I'll eat it blended up with almond milk frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries and a tablespoon or so of sugar. Otherwise it's to bitter for me to stand.
Currently recovering from large amounts of PTSD. I'll post when I can, please ping for replies. Things are very difficult for me right now.
