@Shadami: I believe only 1 user can do each tier at a time and they all seem full.
And the form likely need to be PM'd.

@Bum: There are always different levels of writers. I use to only do small replies. But after doing RP's with a friend (who was at a similar level) we both grew exponentially over the years. Practice makes perfect :) I'm sure you can find someone near the same level that makes you comfortable.
