@Ghostie: I am sure I found the problem. IE sucks as always. I ran a speedtest on my computer using chrome, FF and ie. Chrome said my speed is 380MB, FF says 404MB and ie says 300MB (WTF?) So ie just sucks.
@vengeance: oh lmao duh! as soon as i see someone using ie i tell them that's why they have issues without them even needing to tell me the "computer" has issues xD
