Still lacking some vowels in some of the words, so it'd have to be O or Y. I'll guess O as well.

In the hangman game, I usually guess the vowels first, followed by consonants.

I'm now convinced that O is sensible.
Vowels first, then once we have those established it's usually easier to see which consonants make sense to form the rest of the words.
