Most states legally require you to be 16+ anyways, but that can also be waived with parental permission in some cases too. It can be pretty strict! I used to work with some 16-17 year olds at a previous job. If they were clocked in one minute past 10 pm on school nights we could've gotten in trouble. D:

@Addy: haha yeah I thought everyone knew tbh, but I feel like I shouldn't say my age because people treat me differently after they know how young I am. They treat me like a little kid.
Oh yeah that's true but in Tennessee you can be 15 to work but only certain jobs. Publix lets you work at 14 so I've heard. My friend works every night and sometimes day. I think he works 14 hours per week maybe more. He's 16 and will be 17 soon, he works at a movie theater. That's where I want to work so I get to see him ^-^ and because of the good pay.

@Lady Luna: lol it doesn't seem too bad, he keeps me updated. He says it's boring because there is usually no one there at night, so he just shows up and gets paid.
