We only had fun trips like that at the end of stuff. Like the end of Elementary School, the end of Middle School, and of course end of High School. Didn't do my senior trip though, since I dropped out and it was super too expensive for me.

We went to a theme park once a year for a day in elementary. One of them was at the other side of the country and we went there by bus on a hot day. It ended in a puking fest.
@Zuzu: Or I can drop it off at her father's mueum. I'll be in the area again next Friday.

@Tuijp: o.o oh god I can imagine that it did. I was only able to go away on the day trips after my dad got too sick to stop me. He was crazy paranoid something would happen, like when I went away to Summer camp he told my mom to go get me after I'd been gone for only one night. It was a week long trip. But by one night I'd been gone too long. She convinced him that she couldn't go get me and that it was okay for me to be gone a week.

@Another Movie Addict: the summer camp I went to, was so nearby, I could go there by bicycle (what I did)
@Zuzu: I'll try to remember to take it with me next Friday (if not, I will be coming by a few times more)
@Tuijp: My camp was roughly 6-7ish hours away by car, lol. He did not like having me so far away.
6-7 hours from me is just another county and/or town. In two directions anyway, in the other two directions 45 minutes to 2 hours away is another State.

@Tuijp: In one direction 6 hours away is Disney World, but in another direction 2 hours away is Alabama. 45 minutes away is Georgia.
