We rushed him to the vet, but there was nothing that could be done.

Eliot was so cute. When our dog wants out she'll bounce at the door, he thought he was supposed to do that too if he wanted out.

We got Bruce as a kitten.
I worry about him getting eaten by foxes.
Same, so he went out when someone could watch him. Otherwise he was an inside kitten who dreamed of being outside.
Yeah, mine was inside until we moved up here, then we gradually let him go out slowly. First, by us holding him just outside, then by letting him only get to the end of the porch before scooping him up again. Finally, letting him have the freedom to venture out fully.
I just thought he was too small.
Bruce was about a year old or a bit older when we moved up here.
I miss Eliot.
