It's not working. Just tried clicking it several times and I couldn't gey or to work. The mention link works just fine.

I have the opposite problem. I often quote people when I'm just scrolling and it shoots me to the bottom of the page and is inconvenient.

i got this problem as well
just scrolling down the page, then i get dragged way to the bottom
and i m quote ing someone without even pushing the quote button
i use chrome btw
I am tapping on the word Quote itself and it doesn't do anything.
I am using the standard Internet browser that my phone came with.
I can click the Mention button just fine on my phone, but not the Quote.

I'm also on mobile on chrome, so it might be an issue with that browser.
