I will add you right to team valor. :) When my friend my husband and I go out together 😂 we represent all three teams. Sadly I missed the team valor craze because I didn't have a smart phone when Pokemon go came out. By the time I joined most people I've encountered have been mystic. And I often see blue gyms everywhere. Until I turn them yellow.

I don't think Dratini can because it is more like a young dragon in that state.
Yup and wyrms typically can't fly because their wings haven't developed enough strength.

There are a few things in the Pokemon world that don't match up with other things.
I can't even image a Wailord fit into a Pokeball at all.
