well no. I bought it. And it's not necessarily meant as one, but it's how it worked for me. I'd say take yoga camp with Adrienne on YouTube. The first day is believe I think. It also helped me a ton. She's amazing at saying you don't need to have everything perfect from the beginning. And helps me with my confidence when I'm feeling a failure. @Shadami: :o Is it on YouTube??

Going pretty good. I just made a huge meal for 10 to eat with my in laws for my husband's birthday. Got laundry done. Had lots of fun. My kids room got cleaned. Visited my parents. Lots of nice little things that add smiles to a day.

I know gizzie. And it would. But I have lots of friends that adore horror. XD like..seriously most of my best friends love horror o.o I have to deal with it alot.
