@Fuuchan: It seriously can. I tend to want to draw 30 minutes before I go to sleep, which is bad because I like to finish art all at once and not in shifts, otherwise I don't go back to it. orz.
When I'm bored and don't know what else to do, I generally draw. Sometimes I feel inspired, but that's pretty rare. xD
