Since I'm a newbie I don't know what this is, but I saw a couple things referencing a 'Blackout'
What's that about?

It was an event we had a few months ago! The site went "black" as Voltra suddenly lost power o:

@Rallaa: That too. Haha Basically the site going down (which was tension between myself and another party and not an error) was turned into an event and Voltra lore. At the end of the day we bounced back and found a way to celebrate our community!
