430, guys clothes are kind of boring (this is coming form a guy) and have less specific things that only that gender does. Honestly I can't think of a thing male clothing does that woman's clothing also does, but I can think of MANY things female clothes do that male clothing doesn't. I think the whole "it's neutral" thing comes because guy clothing just has general arching styles to choose from so... idk. I'm rambling.
