My dog keeps coming over, giving my knee a lick, and then just walks away. He's been doing this for the past 3 days. Its not like hes licking my knee, then walks away and sits and looks at me like he wants attention. Just licks, walks away and does his own thing. o_o What the heck is going on?!

Sounds like it might the equivalent of my cat coming up and nibbling on me and laying down on the other side of the bed and blinking at me. He's probably telling you that he loves you and you are special to him.
Maybe he's tasting you or maybe he's seeing if one day you'll accidentally drop peanut butter on your knee for him to devour? >:3

He may be asking you for a snack or just showing affection. It wolf packs subordinate wolves will lick the the alpha and beta to show submission and respect, but often to ask for food or attention. :vanora_heart:
Maybe you just have a very delicious flavor to your kneecap. xD; Dogs are weird. I LOVE THEM.
