@Unicorn: I actually prefer the cold, to be honest. It's fun to tease people in warmer climates about it though, haha. My father is spending Christmas in souther California, right near the border of Mexico ... He keeps sending me pictures of pina coladas beside a pool! I'm a bigger girl, though, and with my diabetes, I get overheated SO EASILY ... Even in winter! So i'll take the colder temperatures any day <3

@Unicorn: He actually bought an RV, and just sort of ... drives around the country. He picks a spot, stays for a couple of weeks, then he picks another spot and drives until he gets there. He seems to be enjoying it.

Not to mention the fires in that part of the country ... The area he is in right now was ravaged by a fire recently. The trees are just blackened husks, etc. He said it looks super creepy.

@Unicorn: It makes fried foods healthier and she's been trying to lose weight for a while. It basically fries food using air instead of grease or oils. They're expensive with the starting prices at 99$ and up. At this point, I don't know what I want to get her

When we first met, she told me her favorite movie was Nightmare Before Christmas. I began a tradition of always buying her presents based on that movie. No deviations. House decorations, clothes, jewelry ... It was all based on the movie. I even bought her a door knocker and a board game based on the movie one year, haha.

@Yixing: Haha, thanks. I don't usually post very fast either :) I work 40 hours a week, so it's kind of hard to find time for leisure activities. By the time I get home, I'm usually exhausted!
