@Queen Prisma: It is generally an appetizer made from pickled green papaya. Julienned or grated green papaya are placed in airtight containers and soaked for a week in cooked vinegar and sugar mixture with onions, garlic, ginger, peppercorn, and red bell pepper.
It is best partnered with fried/grilled fish or pork. Yum!

@AelloTyphoeus: Yeah, crunchyroll doesn't have any older animes. There is kissanime, and the site that I use is called 9anime.
