You know sometimes when we are sad it's just hormonal and it's our brains instead of something actually making us sad. It tends to happen more to me when I didn't get good sleep. Post 8

@Shark: Yeah, music and walks help me the most. I know that others have worst mental health then myself, but I always try to do what's good for my mental health. I hate it when I'm depressed and self loathing.
This usually makes me happier.
