For direct example, I have my Reoccuring "Writing Prompt Wednesday" thread in the Literature forum.
I'd rather use this same thread rather than make a new thread every week- so what are the rules on bumping a thread?
Especially if the last post in the thread was by myself?

This implies that it is okay for the original creator of the thread to bump up the thread as long as it hasn't left the front page. (even after 6 months inactivity)

@Millet I'm sure that's just a mistype on Hazer's part, but that should be has as opposed to hasn't.

If the topic is, indeed, off the front page, you can bring it back to the front page with no issues.
