Stuff about cars, bikes, etc.
I'm not a car guy or anything, but something about them is enjoyable.
Back in the day it was Monster Garage
Then American Choppers
Nowadays it's Counting Cars

Also A&E shows like Pawn Stars, American Pickers, American Restoration, Storage Hunters, Tattoo Fixers
They're still 'reality TV' at the end of the day, but they at least have more substance than typical 'reality shows'

@sunny: I haven't heard of that one! I need to look it up. I'm always looking to add to my arsenal of cheesy shows. XD
@Rallaa: We go through phases of channels. We'll watch A&E for a month, then it's HGTV, then it's food network. It's a vicious cycle.
@Hazer: I'm hardly ever in charge of the remote, but when I do watch TV, I go for stupid stuff.

I mostly watch shows that have little to no drama, no violence, and nothing too graphic. I feel like my job is stressful enough, i don't want my home life/ relaxation things to be stressful too.

Those are good channels too.
I'd watch them if I had to, but I usually prefer the slightly more historical/fact stuff you get from A&E over Food stuff or Home&Garden stuff.

I'm obsessed with The Bachelor. I never miss an episode. Or of The Bachelorette. Or of Bachelor in Paradise. It's embarrassing but I do openly admit it. lol
