@Unicorn: I wouldn't say lucky, my area used to be prone to floods every few years. It still floods in areas some winters, though rainfall has gone down here overall.

@Unicorn: Well for us... winter is supposed to be when our area gets most of its yearly supply of water. At the same time? I've seen hail many times in my life, but it's only snowed here once during my lifetime. Before that one time it had been around 40 years since it had snowed last here... so yeah XD;;
@Unicorn: Yep, I was a teen at the time the snow happened. Those years ago I got to watch adults tossing snowballs at cars.
@SnakeWeaver: adults never throw anowballs here thankfully. but some naughty kids in my town have thrown ice snowball, at moving cars.once a ladies car window got smashed out. and those kids got into troubles, this happened years ago. I was already at school, and the cops bought those boys to school it wasn't a good outcome.
