And forgot all about it, until I heard it rain. Hard.
Oops.
Now it has to hang out longer until it’s dry again.

(Reminded me that I need to do the laundry this weekend)

It hardly ever rains over here so I don't really have the same problem, but I've definitely been caught off guard a few times because I'm too confident in the weather being not rainy. (Just like how I don't own an umbrella and will probably never own one no matter how many times I get soaked)

It's cool that you dry your clothes in the sun though - saves energy, money, and the environment. I feel like people in my area don't take advantage of that despite how sunny it is here.

@Hachi: it’s pretty normal here to hang your laundry outside to dry when the sun is out. Only a small part of the people here have a dryer and, when they do, it’s usually for when it’s raining outside (what happens a lot).
Oh and I don’t have an umbrella either.

@Tuijp: I definitely think people here are just lazy
Although I do like how warm and soft clothes are when they come fresh out of the dryer. That lasts for like 5 seconds though

@Hachi: that is good, especially in the winter when it’s really cold, but you can then just lay it on the heater for a while.
