Anyway, pressed unequip all and my avatar body went poof. Tried getting it back by swapping gender just to see if it would work that way. But, nothing happened. Using mobile.

Does clicking on your skin item, then clicking on the skin color bring your body back?
@Moossey: It didn't work last night. But, I tried it again today and my body is back.
