When we trade, we see all of our items.
I think, instead, we shouldn't be able to trade (or even see in the listing when trading) items we are currently wearing. That, or have some kind of warning if you click that specific item like "You are wearing that. Are you sure you want to trade it?"
Just an idea ^^
