@kiwi: It is a lot easier to fix mistakes digitally, yeah, definitely.
As for my fave... oh geez, I dunno
I'm really fond of watercolor, because I love doing space-y looking things
But if I'm doing something lined (chibis, for example) I think my prismacolors win that vote.

@Unicorn: Evenin' darlin'!
@Kiwi: Yeahhhhh if you think Prisma's are pricey, you've never encountered Polychromos OR Caran D'Ache.
LOL
and ahhha thanks for the watch~<3
I don't spread that account round all that much, honestly. It's just a place for me to have the images when I need to link them, lol.
And Nope! No series.
I literally just play with the colours that strike me at the time =)
And I use cheap paints too - literally the Artist's Loft brand at Michaels, which is like I think I got 12 for $7 CAD - So if you wanted to give watercolours a shot, there's a good starting point~<3
And Sai is wonderful for some of the things. For instance, I adore how it's such a light program.
Clip is a lot heavier, but,..... overall, can't beat clip. Lol.

@kiwi: yeahhhh I know those feels. Lol. My wallet cries so often when it comes to art stuffs. LOL
And I love purples and blues. Add in the reds and it looks frikken gorgeous sometimes~<3
Depends on the image, of course. Lol.
I've never really done a proper 'sunset'. I sit to try, but they never stay that. LOL. Always ends up more than that or whatever. but that's not a complaint, at all~<3
Cheap is wonderful, lol.
You really do have to be careful though. Some cheap art stuffs suuuuuck. Massively. > >
But I like the ARtist's Loft paints. I use The same brand for brushes too (That I actually need to replace..... eventually lol)
Canson XL for paper.
And I work small, so I make a lot of it last for awhile~<3
^ ^
Sai can give such pretty results, but you can mimi most of the brushes from sai in clup, so all good~<3
And lol. Fair enough! I know the feeling of not trusting yourself. XD

@kiwi: That is very true.
I have a cintiq 13HD that is a couple years old (and I really should upgrade/replace soon...) that I have been using. Haven't had to put money out for it since I got it.
.... actually, that's a lie. Had to dump 60 bucks a year or so ago for a new pen. My cat killed my previous one, LOL.
And new tech is beautiful too.
Actually, I'm getting new tech that is an art supply sooooon~<3
So that'll be fun!
And purples and blues go so damn well together, lol. Like come on. Match made in heaven.
Add some pinks for accents and you got yourself something purdy.
And yeah... they tend to go that way, mostly because I dot the paper instead of stroke it. Meaning I end up with more of a cloudy look.
It's just how I do it. Lol.
omfg, seriously? You shouldn't be marked down for using cheaper materials - unless they are literally shit. like the dollarama acrylic pack I got once. horrible DX
And erasers are scary.
I actually rely on cheap ones, because I found oens that work for me, but ... I have a nice expensive eraser that used to work brilliantly... then it sat for like... 5 years? and it smudges everything //dies
Apparently erasers have a shelf life? I never knew that. XD
I can totally relate on the whole 'Any paint is good to me' comment. I have cheap paints and I love them, but I don't really have much experience with different brands, but that's largely because I found a couple cheap ones I like. yep.
(Artist's Loft and Brea Reese. The latter I paid 15canadian for a pack of 12 at Walmart. Warning though, they like to separate or something if you load too much it seems. Kinda weird, but nice to use regardless)

@kiwi: So I'm sketching your cheebs, and I'm wondering.
What kinda attire does Ariya wear? (And Cassi if you can't see anything on her profile. Haven't looked too extensively yet)
