What do you make of Smolkie’s thread/Act 7?? I don’t know if I can bring myself to read it...
Forums Cirque ad Infinitum Information Overload @ x@
I already read it and am curious to see what will happen~ Also I like the idea of everyone working together.
So we’re basically doing an escape room in a forum environment?? Sounds like something that’ll take a long time..
Yes. It sounds like it wont take as much time if we discuss and work together.
But that’s basically what we did in act 6 and look how long that lasted? > 3< Though I guess in this one we’re not just guessing..
I think at act 6 we didn't work together as well as we could have^^;
And who’s to say we will work well this time?
Well, we can try? Let's start now. Where do you think there will be hints to escape the room?
Millet, spilling the tea:
Yeah it's a heavy game which is why I put it up early for review!
Ultimately, we want games to last a while. If you zip through a game in 15 minutes that means
just a couple of people snag the fun from other people just getting around to it, ya know?
There isn't timed rounds in this Escape the Room, Every 5 inquiries will be answered and game paused.
So it is to everyone's advantage to work together, discuss etc. If you guys don't that is fine
but the game will definitely take much much longer.
"The game of the day" during events is there for anyone who wants to play it.
You need only participate a smidgen to qualify for the event item for free.
If you aren't having fun, of course leave. It's not mandatory to stay and suffer through something!
Everyone's interests and schedules vary. We are trying our best to deliver you guys fun in forums so
that at least one of the games during the week probably suits your fancy. We all put a lot of love and
effort in and want you guys to have fun :)
If you have suggestions for games in future events, please! Tell us, we love and need feedback.
Millet, spilling the tea:
@Me in advance if you have questions about the game. Thanks volties
A note from the game in the thread:
smolkie:
No, A large majority of this Escape is very straight forward.
Nothing too too complex and you'll find once you solve one mechanic
the rest are solved similarly. We are limited to the forum format and over-over
complicating it would be a nightmare both to players and the "thread master".
Do your best not to overthink it too much.

Ultimately the only instructions to play the game is:
Review the Pictures
Ask questions/give directions.
In that aspect it is very simple.
There are life lines if everyone is stuck.
The rest of the rules is just for those joining late and want a recap. :)
Thank you very much Millet!
I have yet to read it ._.
Millet, spilling the tea:
I did 4 test runs, the average between them was 2 hours it took to escape.
If that information interests anyone at all.
That doesn't sound too long. Did they enjoy themselves? It looks fun~
Right Now Im Stuck At Laughing At The Lin-Lint Pun.. Thats As Far As Ive Got Lmao

The final test run was enjoyed the best which is the version you guys will be playing. :)
Initially, I didn't reveal any of the locks and AS people asked, I was like "ah ha there is a lock there"
the common criticism for that was it was a tedious process.
So when I played with non-voltra friends showing the locks they had a ton of fun tbh. :)
Looks great - just finished reading through it. I will unfortunately be a little late to the game but hopefully I can catch up quickly. Do you think it will last longer than 2 hours?
I definitely think with the power being out it's a good idea to look at the electrical book - I'm also curious if the last lock for the longer mirror box is a breaker box to help with getting the power back on. The light may reveal more information that can be useful.
