So I love garlic. I LOVE EEET. Just whole roasted cloves straight /drool. SO, last night my roommate and I were making turkey and I wanted to get some bulbs of garlic to roast. Well they had a deal on this big bag and I thought "what the hell? I'm gonna make a ton then!" So I ended up eating like 8-9 entire bulbs worth of roasted garlic. Welp guess what? Garlic makes you gassy. A few cloves never had this effect on me, but 40+ of them? Thank god I don't work and lord have mercy on my roommates when they get home from work. XD

LOL. Garlic is supposed to be good for you! Plus it keeps the vampires away. I have never heard of roasting the cloves though... I just chop it up and throw it in food.
